About Us

In January of 2005, Paul VanDerMolen, Josh Kasl, and Dan Jabs set out on a mission to develop a faith-based watersports outreach program offering action sports clinics for at-risk youth.

The purpose of the program is to enrich the lives of youth by helping them find, reconnect and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Our clinics offer life changing experiences through participation in youth action sports.

During the first few years of operation, RippleEffect was focused in the Midwest regions of the United States. 2012 marks a year of expansion, with RippleEffect taking this program to a national level.

The ultimate goal of this program is to offer action sports camps/clinics throughout the United States and national communities. 

 Here at RippleEffect we are working tirelessly to develop a program that will assist church leaders and provide opportunities for participants to remain connected long after camp has ended.

 RippleEffect relies on private fundraising efforts. We offer sponsorship to those who are not afforded the opportunity to do these types of activities.

Future plans for RippleEffect include expansion into additional activities: Surf, Skate, Snow, Motocross, Sailing, Rafting, Deep Sea Fishing, Kayaking, Kite Surfing and various other action sports are on the near horizon and so much more…!
